As of 9:30 am this morning Judge Trudy White granted the Louisiana ATC’s request to remove the injunction which allowed Chelsea’s to keep its license. For now, Chelsea’s is operating as an alcohol free establishment. There is a hearing on Monday, May 4 to hear Chelsea’s full petition of their case.
